PepperSteak

Yummy! Had this for dinner last night with some cresent rolls and melon.



Ingredients:

green, yellow & red peppers, cut into strips
1 onion, cut into strips
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
minced garlic
salt & pepper
thai seasonings
soy sauce
honey
flour
tiny bit of bbq sauce

Directions:

Saute peppers, onion and garlic in some evoo in a large wok. Sprinkle with some thai seasonings or chinese five spice. Cook till tender - about 6-8 minutes then transfer to a bowl.

Add the steak to the wok and cook till browned on all sides.

Mix a little flour with some soy sauce, honey and bbq sauce and pour over meat. Add the veggies back in and mix together.

Serve over rice. Enjoy!!
